OWN THE BEST BINAURAL BEAT GENERATOR, NOW FREE THANKS TO AD-SUPPORT. VERSION 6.1 IS HERE!

Tune your Brain Waves with the best real-time binaural beat generator for the iPhone! Now available to you for FREE thanks to integrated advertising.

Feeling tired and you need to focus? Or maybe youre trying to fall asleep and your mind is racing? This program can help through the science of binaural beat generation. Youll tune your brain to the sounds of a river, and in the river sounds are binaural beats essentially inaudible to your conscious.

This is a brain activity controller like those found at Brookstone(TM) or The Sharper Image(TM), only at a very small fraction of the price. It works by setting up a resonant beat pattern between your ears that your mind may tune-in to.

This is the best real-time beat generator available for the iPhone. Its not just some pre-recorded beats patterns that give you no control like the other software out there -- its a real time beat generator, with 100% dynamic control.

New in version 6.1:
- Layout updates for iOS 7 and iOS 8
- Support for iPhone 6 / 6+ / (iPad non-SE version only)

Pros and cons of iBrainWave SE - Binaural Beats and White Noise app for iPhone and iPad

iBrainWave SE - Binaural Beats and White Noise app good for

Not to bad actually helped to me sleep better try it nothing to loose
I have been using it for sleep purposes. Have been told it works great to refresh your thinking mid day. Will have to try!
I like this app for school because I have a lot of sleepy days. And I just turn it on to active and Im fine the whole day!
It really nice to be able to mix the beats with our music, but it would be better to have a wiser range of frequencies (from 0.1hz to 100hz) and also be able to choose our carrier frequency
It gets me awake and relieves me of my fatigue very efficiently. It only took about 5 minutes to re-energize me.
Excellent app, very easy to use - love the embed in your music feature

Some bad moments

i do admit the first time i used it at night, it helped me get to sleep, but thats exactly what all the other settings do too. in the morning i set it to energise, i woke up an hour later, not impressed.
When I set it to active nothing happened, when I set it to sleep nothing happened either.I put on headphones (like it asked) and I heard the frequency... But still, nothing happened... Dissapointment :-(
They could have really done better when they put this out. I read all the info about this inside the app and frankly it had me exited to finally get to actually try it. I used it and I was really disappointed. I felt no difference from sleep, meditate, to normal.
I use it at my desk to stay alert and it works great. Ive tried it to go to sleep but havent gotten as good results. I cant think of anything negative to say about it.
Dont know why its crashing for some people. Worked fine for me. This is everything you need in a binaural beats app. The AmbiScience ones just have programs that take you up and down in Hz. One big caveat: the slider labels ( Sleep, Normal, Active) are not correct for everyone (or even most people, I believe). Turn the Hz display on in options and do your own research for levels. Most people will fall into this: 1-4 Hz (Delta brain waves): Sleep 4-8 Hz (Theta): Relaxation/daydream 8-12 Hz (Alpha): Calm/Aware 12-15 Hz (Low Beta or SMR): Focus 15-40 Hz (High Beta up to Gamma): Busy body mode, may cause anxiety
Ive played it for two nights, three hours each night, on a Logitech Pure-Fi Dream. I have never slept so well. Ive used WhiteNoise regularly for awhile now--I may eventually go back, with a more selective iBrainWave use. I just told my girl we switched sleep Apps a couple nights ago--after she told me she had some crazy, populous dreams last night.
